The Electric Residential has up to a .94 Uniform Energy Factor. Its heavy duty 2" thick insulation of the tank allows for minimal heat loss. A cleverly designed water connection directs cold water to the heating element near the bottom of the tank to minimize the mixing of cold and hot water. Waiting for hot water will be a thing of the past!

This unit provides long draws of hot water without consuming large amounts of energy. It is available in 40 and 52 gallon sizes to meet your family’s needs!
The Electric Residential has a limited LIFETIME warranty for your guaranteed satisfaction. Its stainless steel tank construction protects against corrosion and allows for a lifetime of durability against leaks.
*Additional models are available with a standard 6 or 9 year warranty. These models include the suffix N06 for 6 year and N09 for 9 year warranties.

Its 316L stainless steel, laser welded tank lasts longer and eliminates the need for anode rods. Standard, coated tanks require anode rods to delay inevitable corrosion and tank failure. Our stainless steel tank eliminates this requirement, allowing for resistance against scale build up, easier maintenance, and a tank that lasts a lifetime!
